All training and services are delivered by experienced practitioners who are accredited under Australian national standards. Our facilitators bring real-world mediation and dispute resolution experience to every program.

Most of our training programs are delivered fully online, giving you the flexibility to complete them at your own pace from anywhere in Australia. Some intensive or assessment programs may require attendance.

AMDRAS accreditation requires completing an approved mediator training course and passing a Certificate of Assessment. Mediation Institute is an AMDRAS Recognised Training Provider and Assessment Provider — we can support you through the entire pathway.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure Eway payment gateway. Payment is processed at the time of enrolment. If you require an invoice for employer reimbursement, please contact us before purchasing.
